Who builds AiResumeFit
AiResumeFit is built by a small team with backgrounds in software engineering, technical recruiting, and career coaching. Our founding team spent years on both sides of the hiring process — reviewing hundreds of engineer resumes and watching qualified candidates get filtered out for reasons that had nothing to do with their ability.
Our technical approach is informed by direct experience with the ATS platforms used at enterprise companies: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, and iCIMS. We understand how these systems parse resumes, weight keywords, and produce scores — not from documentation, but from testing. Every optimization recommendation in our tool is validated against real ATS behavior, not theoretical best practices.
