EnhanceCV provides a free AI-powered resume optimization and resume building service. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze resumes against job descriptions and suggest improvements. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

You retain full ownership of your resume content. By using the Service, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your resume solely to provide the optimization service. We do not claim ownership of your resume or the optimized output.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that optimizing your resume will result in job interviews or employment. ATS scores are estimates and may differ from actual employer ATS systems. Results may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnhanceCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities.
Our Service uses third-party services including Groq API for AI processing and Google AdSense for advertising. These services have their own terms and privacy policies which govern their use.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
